Our built-in call room doesn't do live captions yet, so for those you run your calls in Zoom. Everything else stays the same: reminders, the replay, captions on the replay and the summary.

How a challenge works
Members only, or anyone: they join with their name and email, and non-members land on your subscriber list.
Like "7 days to a tidier home", with a 10-minute task each day. We give you examples.
On social media, in your newsletter and on your website.
Each morning the task is emailed to everyone. Members also see it in the group.
Finishers get a certificate. Non-members get a warm invitation to join.

Tips for a great roundup 💡
- Name names: members love a shout-out.
- Keep your hello short and warm, 2 or 3 lines.
- Always say what's coming up, so there's a reason to come back.
- Ask one easy question they can answer in the group.
- Send at the same time each week so it becomes a habit.

Golden rules 💛
- Give 4 times for every 1 ask. Most emails should simply help.
- One email, one idea. Short and useful beats long and clever.
- Write to one person, like a letter to a friend.
- Same day, same time, so it becomes something they expect.
- Subject lines that sound like a friend, not a shop. "Can I tell you something?" beats "October newsletter".
- Always ask them to reply. Replies turn readers into fans, and fans into members.
- Subscribers hear first. Give them early access, so being on your list feels special.
